I’m Ben Goheen, and as a Twin Cities home appraiser for 25 years, I’ve learned that every property has a story. My goal isn't just to fill out a form, it's to understand the unique characteristics of your home - from that custom kitchen renovation to the way your neighborhood school impacts value.

I also believe that an appraiser should be accessible. That means when you call, you speak to a human. When you have questions about your report, I take the time to answer them. I combine the technical rigor of a large firm with the customer service of a small local business.
